unwanted fats, how to get rid of them?

I'm so woried of my unwanted belly fats, when I arrive in my place I was about 47kilos, but what happend now I became 51kilos...gush.,,its just been a week and I gain alot already...please help me guys, what Im gonna do to avoid getting to big..I used to be skinny before but after I got married I gain alot of weight....please..please...I dont know what to do...im confuse and sad here...

If you want to get rid of those belly fats i suggest you should have a regular exercise. Maybe around 30 minutes and it will help you to loose your unwanted fats and your diet don't eat to much rice and sweet foods.

Hi Glensgirl, I can understand becouse your metabolism changed then your gaining weight so easily.Try not to eat too much.Always! Too much is never good for your body.Less cholesterol and eat more fibers.Also watch out on what your eating in your snacks, most of the time in snack we eat lots of food w/ sugar like cake or put a lot of sugar in our coffe.I know they are so tempting but i suggest to less sugar too.But you have to understand that you mush eat enough. Not eating can couse your body fail.A healthy food can give you healthy body.And go to the gym or do sports.I dont have that much time to go to the gym.And i dont enjoy being in the gym.So i tried to be created i bought a hulahop and doing it for 15 mins everyday,you dont cost you money paying gym and you enjoy it.PLus plus point becouse it can give you beautiful curve.And while i am cooking i turn on the music and dance.Shake that hips sweety while cooking it can help.Goodluck! The best way to loose your weight is not eat dinner.If you eat a lot of food in dinner,it will increase your weight fast!Give you another suggestion: eating more vegetables, less meat as far as possible.It is useful to health.
