I went to my old place and I can see all the people there is strugling of foods, money, and even education.
There was a certain school in my place that the administrator is really curropt and asking money to the poor kids, you can see the classrooms is not good enough to build a good foundation of education, plus mostly of the teachers is not a board passers...so how can the kids learn from that school, if the teachers is curropt, the place or environment is not good enough to learn.
I can say that education is only good in the city, why becuase mostly of the politians care is only in the city, the one in the provinces is left alone and neglected.

possibly true..but i guess people when finish school try to find work in the big city not on their respective hometown..since there is a great demand of it(teacher) they contented with those who are not board passers and everything...
