Brain Age?

I recently got Brain Age for my Nintendo DS. The first time I played it, I took the Brain Age test to see how fit my brain was. My brain's age (according to the game) was 76 years old.
Yikes!
I've been training my brain each day, and now I am at a respectable 37.
I love this game, even though there are no monsters to attack or spells to use. 
Anybody out there play Brain Age? What do you think of software that trains you to think better?

only creator of this software will score at 20....don't pay attention...life is short...

I think it's awesome! But who decides how old your brain is? How did you get your 'brain age' down? I'm really curious. I don't know if I'd want to know how old my brain age is right now... I might get really depressed! LOL
By the way, congratulations on lowering your brain age down below your actual age! Awesome feat!
