I also love Chinese foods, I don't know what is their secret ingredients but their food are simply tasty and worth craving for. I particularly admire the taste of their sauces and to me they are simply great and really adds savor to the food.

I LOVE chinese food, probably one of my most favorite dishes and places to eat.
I could eat chinese 5 days a week if it were possible. My kids dont really like chinese food or we would eat at the chinese buffets more often than we do now.
My favorite is the General Tsos chicken. I love me some egg rolls too!

I'm a Chinese and I love Chinese food. It is very delicious. I am very particular about food, and I never eat those that I don't like, so people around me think that the food I like to eat is always delicious and they like them too. In China, according to different regions, there are eight schools of food. I search the Internet and here are the briefly professional introductions:
1.Sichuan Cuisine
Of the eight major schools of China's culinary art, Sichuan cuisine is perhaps the most popular. Originating in Sichuan Province of western China, Sichuan cuisine, known as Chuan Cai in Chinese, enjoys an international reputation for being spicy and flavorful. Sichuan cuisine boasts a variety of flavors and different methods of cooking, featuring the taste of hot, sweet, sour, salty, or tongue-numbing
2.Shandong Cuisine
As an important component of Chinese culinary art, Shandong cuisine, also known as Lu Cai for short, boasts a long history and far-reaching impact. Shandong is a large peninsula surrounded by the sea, with the Yellow River meandering through the center. As a result, seafood is a major component of Shandong cuisine. Shandong's most famous dish is the sweet and sour carp.
3.Chaozhou Cuisine
Chaozhou is the name of a coastal region around the Shantou district of eastern Guangdong Province. Chaozhou cuisine stresses unique combinations of various soy sauces and flavorings: salty, sour, spicy, or astringent. Fish sauce and oyster sauce are favorite seasonings.Chaozhou dishes are usually cooked over a slow fire, stewed, deep fired, steamed, stir-fried or pickled.
4.Zhejiang Cuisine
Zhejiang cuisine, also called Zhe Cai, is one of the eight famous culinary schools in China. Comprising the specialties of Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province regarded as land of fish and rice, Zhejiang cuisine, not greasy, wins its reputation for freshness, tenderness, softness, and smoothness of its dishes with mellow fragrance. Hangzhou cuisine is the most famous one among the three.
5.Huai-Yang Cuisine
Huai-Yang cuisine originated from the Pre-Qin Period(221-206BC), became famous during the Sui(581-618)and Tang(618-907) Dynasties. This cuisine includes dishes from Huai'an, Yangzhou, Suzhou, and Shanghai. Raw materials of Huai-Yang dishes include fresh and live aquatic products. The carving techniques are delicate, of which the melon carving technique is especially well-known. The flavor of Huai-Yang cuisine is light, fresh and sweet.
6.Fujian Cuisine
Fujian cuisine, also called Min Cai, holds an important position in China's culinary art. Fujian cuisine comprises three branches-Fuzhou, South Fujian and West Fujian. Fujian Province has mountains in its north and sea to its south, and the coastal area produces 167 varieties of fish and 90 kinds of turtles and shellfish. It also produces edible bird's nest, cuttlefish, and sturgeon. These special products are all used in Fujian cuisine. The local people are good at cooking seafood, featuring in methods of stewing, boiling, braising, quick-boiling, and steaming, etc.
7.Hunan Cuisine
Hunan dishes consist of local dishes from the Xiangjiang River area, Dongting Lake area and Western Hunan mountain area. Hunan's culinary specialties are akin to those of the chili-rich Sichuan dishes. It is also charaterized by thick and pungent flavor. Chili, pepper and shallot are usually necessaries in this division. However, chili, peppers, garlic and an unusual sauce, called "strange-flavor" sauce on some menus, enliven many dishes, with a somewhat drier intensity than that of their Sichuan counterparts.
8.Anhui Cuisine
Anhui cuisine(Hui Cai for short), comprises the specialties of South Anhui, Yanjiang and Huai Bei. Most ingredients in Anhui cuisine, such as pangolin, stone frog, mushroom, bayberry, tea leaves, bamboo shoot, dates, games, etc. are from mountain area. There are many famous dishes such as Stewed soft shell turtle with ham, Steamed stone frog, Bamboo shoots cooked with sausage and dried mushroom, and Li Hongzhang Hotchpotch.
In addition to these major eight schools of food, there are lots of other different kind of delicious food in China.

I am a Chinese and i can eat Chinese food everyday. But you know, people of different places in the country have distinguished tastes. So, i usually cook food by myself. If you cook food then you can decide what should be added to the dishes or what should be ommited. Besides, it really feels good when enjoying something made by yourself.

Hello, jyjnl_jia, I like it,I'm a Chinese, eat it every day every meal. There are so many types althoug I still haven't had all of them. Four major ones: Guangdong, Sichuan, Shandong and Huai-Yang cuisines. Cantonese cuisine is famous for raw and lightly-cooked and their original flavors. Sichuan cooking is noted for its hot flavors. Shandong cuisine is characterized by its seafood dishes. Generally speaking, the Chinese cuisine gives special attention to the food's nutrition, colors and texture.
**Enjoy life~~**

I like going to buffet type chines restaurants. That way I can get a little of each thing I like. I am a picky eater so I don't like a lot of the different dishes.
I like Broccoli beef, chicken broccoli, tarayki chicken, and a spicey beef that I can't think of the actual name for. I pair this with salad if its available or canteloupe.
My son and husband like more of the foods so they really enjoy going out for chinese.

I really don't have a taste for Chinese food. My husband really likes it and could eat it every day of the week though. I like to eat chicken fried rice and egg rolls sometimes. I love to eat Mexican food the most. I don't care a whole lot for rice so that kind of ruins it for me.

Yes, I do love Chinese Food. But I don't eat everything that they serve.. Only what I find pleasing. I love ham, pork, chicken fried rice with the hot wings.. I even love the House Special, that they have with all the combined meats.. I would rather that the shrimp is left out.. I love the Pepper steak. This is so yummy!

I enjoy Chinese food a lot. Even though it tends to be oily, most of the Chinese dishes I've had are delicious. Dimsum is one of my favorites especially for lunch or dinner. I like the steamed dumplings or wonton best. I think I can't ever be a vegetarian with the amount of pork used in Chinese cooking.
