Okey, she is 3 y smaller than me, I'm 21, she is 18, and some days she asked for change like 1-2-3$ for food or drinks and i give it to her, some times I buy food and she cooks, we dont really get along but when we need something from each other we are like angels.
My salary is like 250$ in romania, and.. i borrowed her like 100$ for exams that she gives to end high schools, and she told me she will give the money to me when she gets salary like 10 days ago but she didnt work to study the exams so she delays me.
The problems isn't that, coz I have like 300$ extra in my card and a few cash and I really dont need urgent that cash or at all, but the problem and the question is, if i'm not pushing her around for the money she will ALLWAYS ask me for more, everyday now, and I can't borrow her any sum coz I know she wont give it to me coz i dont need them.
And I can't aford to give her money every day for her stupid stuff, so what do you suggest?
A) ask for money untill she has it and gives me its 100$ ( allmost half of my salary )
B) give it to her and ALLMOST FOR SURE she will ask me the next day for cash and probably she will insist to loan her more money and stuff like that!!!!
*HUH*
Of course don't forget she lied about actualy having an salary!

I have a similar problem with not one, but two of my siblings. My sister has owed me money for 8 months. Of the $500 that she owes me I have only gotten about $150 of it back. My brother owes me around $900 right now. He wrote me checks for $100 each until he pays me back. One check per month, but he is always making up excuses for me to not cash the checks. He lives 100 miles away otherwise I would insist on cash every month, but I am not going to spend $30 in gas to get $100.

of course you should ask her for the money. after all she just borrowed that money and borrowing means giving back the money you got. you should ask her the money back every day until she gives it back. you also shouldn't give her anymore this kind of money if you can't afford it, because she probably wouldn't give the money back. good luck with getting that money back :)

I'd stop loaning her money. It sounds like she's irresponsible and using you, which I don't think is acceptable. It also sounds like she's getting a large portion of your income, which isn't good for you.
I'd probably tell her that I'd begin loaning her money again when she paid off her debt. I'm sure that'll make her throw a temper tantrum!
