Well both offer great anti oxidants, but the caffine factor can be a downside. I have no problem with caffine though so I prefer coffee. I like the richer bolder taste. When i do drink tea however I really like green tea, I dont know why but apparantly its supposed to be better for your health.

I prefer tea than coffee, tea that came from herbal is more healthy than coffee. Coffee contents caffeine that some kinda good for our body but too much drinking coffee can be harmful also to our health. IN studies, at least 2 cup of coffee is harmless but more than this can be dangerous to our health.

I only can speak of myself. As to me, food and beverages that I like are healthy when consumed with moderation. My body seems to tell me what it needs. Thus, my habits have changed with the years, perhaps as my body is getting older and changes take place. I have some three cups of coffee a day, a about three times a week I prepare myself a fine brand of tea, mostly in the evening. I also like MATE, then Argentine version of tea which isn't tea at all but nevertheless contains the same animating substance as tea. Have a nice day!

I think coffee has it's benefits if used in moderation as it is a natural diaretic. However certain teas are really good for you hence the rise in green, white and red tea. They have many antioxidants and they taste great. But I believe that both should be used in moderation as to not overdue any bad effects they may have on long term or over use.
