I do not do either at the moment. I cannot concentrate on working out at home as there are so many distractions. I used to go to the gym, but it was too expensive and it was a work out just getting there. however I was able to concentrate on working out for an hour a day, which was good. Once the tennis season is over then I am hoping to spend a lot of time on the Wii Dance Mat, the reason I have to wait until after the tennis season is because my Mam spends most her day in front of the TV watching it and that is the only TV that I am able to play it on.

We have a Curves here and I tried that for a few months but didn't enjoy the crowd of ladies that went in there so I now work out at home. I am still working on making it routine for me to use the equipment but I am getting there and learning how to block out the distractions that can draw me away from what I need to do.

initially joined the gym to flatten my tummy. but with passing time, i felt that gym is a part of my life. it is similar to me like breathing or eating and the like. i always go to the gym for about an hour and half in the morning. the most important cause is you can have access to a number of sophisticated instruments. you can plan your exercise pertaining to every single muscle. and yes, once out of home, you will simply concentrate on the task there rather than worrying about your daily morning chores. it keeps you focussed. all the very best and may god bless you.

I do not go to gym that often, first I NEED TO PAY FOR IT... second, I USUALLY DON'T HAVE THE TIME FOR ONE! So I usually work out in the very comfort of my own home. Using just Dumbels and benches and push-ps or anything that doesn't involve BIG WORK OUT MACHINES

I used to work out at the Y or private gym or facilities at the university. I now have exercise equipment at home. It is just more convenient. I hate having to drive somewhere and fight the traffic and wait for other people to be done with the equipment.
At the house in California I have a stepper, side stepper, air glide, aerodyne bike, real bike, weights, etc. At the house in Acapulco, I have some weights and just one aerobic machine, but just walking around this neighborhood I can go up and down hundreds of real steps. I can swim in the Bay, the Lagoon, or the pool at the park or a hotel.
Sometimes I pay 15 pesos and use the machines at a place downtown, but I donĀ“t want to commit myself to a membership or fixed program.

At home, OF COURSE! Joining a gym sucks! You have to commute, spend in gas or buses and share the gym with jerks who show off all the time. I bought some equipment a couple of months ago and it's been great! I have it all in my room, I put on MY music and work out peacefully!
