Problem of plenty !!!

Have you ever been plagued by the problem of plenty? Let me say, it is a problem caused due to something non-materialistic though, which is present in excess of what was required. At times you may have too many options in front of you and you are confused as to which one to choose, all of them being equally good or acceptable and when only of those would have satisfied your purpose... Well i have this kind a problem at present. i have 3 job offers from 3 very good companies and now i am confused as to which one to choose. In this kind a situation how do you choose and settle with one?
