No, but now I think I want to get one. I really like that kind of stuff. I used to hold on to a tiger stone. It was a deep burnt orange and black in color. I carried it with me for awhile, back when I was really into collecting stones. I'm going to look this up today.

I have an opal pendant and a ring with opals. I wear them occasionally. I do not consider them any more lucky than any other piece of jewelry that I own, although the opal is my birthstone.

Hi I love stones. I used to wear an amethyst around my neck as well. I got a rose stone as a favour at a wedding and carried it for a while for love I think. Years ago I was told that haemitite makes you magnetic so I wore it on a night out for fun. I think you have to purify your stones from time to time to keep them working. I kind of believe in their power. I keep mine in the house now but should start carrying them/wearing them. You've reminded me. Thanks
