Mean people stink

I was sitting here thinking of how much better our world would be if people that are mean would just not do what they do. Why I wonder, does somebody not feel happy when other's are successful? Why can't we all work together? Why is dominance a thing sought after? What the?????
Thoughts anyone?

It is simply because of insecurity, envy and the like...If only we could get through such then the world we live in could have been better...

The jealousy, meanness and pride, etc all come from our human nature, that is my thinking but we have the choice to give in to these bad things and let them rule our lives or we can get our lives into love, patience, caring, encouraging, etc. and make this world a much better place to live in. It is a choice we all have to make. God bless.

its human nature to be jealous of those who have what you wish you have. people get power hungry and jealous which leads to conflict which leads to war and it all just escalates from there. its not just "mean" people. everyone feels jealous at one time or another, its just a matter of self control and the way you deal with your emotions. people get too caught up on superficial differences for us to all work together. it won't happen. people love the blame game. everything always has to be someones fault, which leads to more conflict.

That's really well said; but it stilll stinks. I am soooooooooooo sick of all the fighting I just don't know.
You wake up and you start your day. You leave your home all happy and cheeerful. You get to work and the boss praises you. You feel like wow! What an awesome day. Then come creep says to you some insult about how it's this or that and whamo! You want to ask,"why????????"
Why is my happiness such a bloomin' flood on your day?
If I get all happy about you, then why can't you???? You want to be upset???? Exactly how's that one working for you creepy person? That's how it feels.
How do you handle things like that?
