I found that there is many discussion in "discussions with no responses" section,
which many of it from same member consecutively.
What does that mean?
Is that mean the member just posting a lot of discussion that other member don't want to respond?
Maybe some member shouldn't just continuously posting a lot of new discussion,
which most of the member here don't like to respond.
Just slowly post your discussion,
wait for some respond,
and post another new one.
This can really help a lot.

No, they won't increase their earning nor post number.
Post number will only increase while there is any reply,
and earning do so too.
Thank for respond!

Oh man, you are right, i just checked out the new user discussions and was shocked about how many topics the guy opened. Someone should tell him that he is doing it wrong -like you said, he should wait for some responses before posting another discussion - and perhaps make a more longer discussion that contains more info - most of his discussion seem alike.

Yes, most of his/her discussion look alike,
and mostly just some meaningless topic.
Most of his/her discussion very short too,
hope that he can see this discussion and know the mistake he/she have done.

I didn't notice it until you mentioned it. yes, I was surprised to read many pages with the same user just having 0 response and the user just started new discussions again and again.
I guess by the way the person asked question, I don't think people would be interested in answering the person's questions, at least the person should have started a "make sense" discussion rather than somekind like "well, just see if someone would respond it" type of discussions.
I think your idea starting this discussion is cool, hopefully the member would accidentally find your discussion here and realize the mistake that if no one respond, the person won't earn anything if he / she made no response towards the others' discussions either.

When one has been on other sites where people respond to everyone and not just a select few, it's hard to fathom that a discussion would go for long without responses. I don't blame him for trying. Luckily when I got here, I discovered that people don't usually respond to newbies, nor to they want to be friends with people with less than 500 posts. Sounds pretty strange to me, but that's what I read.
Anyway, I wouldn't tell him he's doing anything wrong. It's what is done in most sites. You join and you start posting and people come and comment. Only here do folks ignore you. I've discovered many who gave up posting at all because they weren't popular enough to get responses. That's sad. If no one posted new topics, on what would the others comment???

I do have one or two but not too many...thank goodness. Perhaps has not caught any relevant members yet.
I have been responding to those no response discussions as much as I could but sometimes I find it difficult as I am clueless myself of how to response! Some of those members are newbies and true enough, they are clueless on what they are doing.
Perhaps they have misunderstood thinking that if they post a lot of topics, they would definitely earn as much too. I do hope they are following this topic closely and read all our comments and learn from it.
"You just don't earn by posting topics alone but when you receive a response on that specific topic then you will start to earn. And you have to post responses, add photos also if you want to earn faster. And do post quality and with relevant context and put some thoughts in your postings first"
Thank you for putting up this topic and hopefully we get to see less of this in future.
Maybe we could up with a day where everybody will pick a no response discussion and clear it out from that section for good
Cheers,

I have to agree with others opinions on this question. Most of the discussions without responses are unclear. Without detail, it is hard to know exactly what the person is looking for or needs to have answered or wants to discuss.
This being said, I have seen several members post 10 different questions (or more) in a few minutes. They are not quality posts, they do not take the time to write even a title that can be understood, let alone the body of the message being explained.
Hopefully as they spend more time here, they will realize what types of discussions really make us think and want to respond.

New members often go through this until they get a handle on how to post. I found when I was new that just responding to discussions that older members posted helped me learn what was interesting and acceptable. Also if you post 10 one line discussions seasoned members know many of theses are going to be deleted so why bother. I try to give newbies advice if they ask for it. As we all should.

You are definitely write with some users, I would just like you to be aware too that in "discussions with no responses" discussion are not sorted according to interest. Some are gifted to post one discussion after another that will appear in consecutive order but in different interest. If some prefer to respond more to discussion than to start one then somebody would prefer otherwise.

If that poor new member does not have any responses then
instead of critizing the person for heavens sakes you
post a response. someone has to go first and help out the
newbies. critizing them will not help unless you offer
a helping hand. we were all new once and we all learned. so
'will this person if you help by posting a response.

For me,the reason why there is no response into any discussions is that, 1) the discussion content is difficult to answer by online members and the one's with answers is still offline or did not see the discussion yet. 2) others did not want to answer, maybe, they worried that the topic maybe deleted depending on its content.

I am e new member here, and thank you very much for your suggestion, and I'll follow your advice too.I think there may be some other reasons for such members, for example, they don't know the rule here,or they really misunderstand people's mind here.I started a discussion the moment I was absorbed as a member, but until now I haven't get any response. But I stop to start a new one,I just answer ohters' discussion ,try to understand them, and try to get familiar with this websit.I think one day,When I am not new for here and then start a new discussion,I wish, others will response to it.This is just a dream, and I wish it come true!
