That sounds very good, i have never made or really had homemade pizza. We usually just call a pizza place or buy the frozen pizza at walmart. I hope your pizza friday turns out good. Do you have pizza every Friday? What toppings is he putting on the pizza?

I do and it always turns out great.. Of course that is because I always put exactly what I want on it and how much of each item that I want on it.. I always do a lot of onions and peppers, finely chopped, not the huge chunks that you get when you order a pizza.. I liks it so much better that way.. I always treat myself to extra pepperoni or cheese when I want it.. I am so good to myself, especially when it comes to food..

When I make pizza, it comes out ok, but not great. I need to work on finding a better recipe than a Jiffy Mix box for the crust. I also tend to use too much cheese.

We make homemade pizza atleast 4 times a month well I should say I do since it is me who gets the job of making the pizza. When my little sister(7) comes over and we have pizza I will sometimes let her make herself a little pizza. She feels so proud of herself when she gets to do that. I find it helps with the self esteem to let to "help" in the kitchen and reward them with praise for a job well done, or should I sy well baked..lol

My husband makes homemade pizza for us (it's just the two of us) all the time, and it's wonderful. He uses really good sauce and cheese, and he tops it with smoked oysters, and other seafood that we bot really like, along with mushrooms and artichokes.

That is nice. We have tried to make homemade pizza several times but it never turns out right. The dough for the crust never cooks fully. It stays doughy. The outside edge of the dough cooks great but the dough under the pizza sauce and the toppings never cooks throroughly. We started buying the crust already made and cook it like that. It turns out alot better.

Yeah, not from scratch of course but like with Boboli or with a pizza mix. I think pillsbury has a canned dough
mix also. I should try that sometime. My mother used to make this crazy crust pizza on a cookie sheet it was pretty good.

My husband and I make Pizza every Saturday night for our family, we always make it a different way each week. Would love to share the recipies for the different flavors such as: with avocado, hot sauce, rice and beans on top, chorizo(like sausage), pork shoulder, and my all time favorite a little of all of the above.
