How often do you rate Discussions and Responses?

I was just wondering how often you rate peoples discussion questions and responses? (the + or -) Im new here and just learned what it was and wanted to know how often everyone else uses it. This is what directly creates ones reputation, correct?

oh so tahts what that thingy is for...i didnt realise...hmm i wouldnt like to be judgemental of other people because mylot is based mainly on opinions, and how can you give some one a negative for an opinion? that wouldnt make anysense.

Yes, I think I should agree with the response above.Usually I don't rate friends' responses on my discussion.It is impossible that I rate everyone the+,and I don't want to give anyone of them the- because they are all the supporters of me.So the best choice is do not give any rate,I think that could be fair.

Some people do it and some people dont. I dont do it becasue I dont think I need to be the judge of other people. I do however rate the best responses. Do what you want to do.
