After I graduated from university, I went to another city for my new life.It also means I am far away from my parents. In begining, I enjoy the new life and touch with a lot of new things. So, I didn't feel I can't leave my parents. But several years later, when I am familiar with new city. I feel I miss my parents more.
My parents are old now.Once I think that they will stay in the world with me only about 20~30 years,I am afraid and being tears in my eyes. I can't imagine the day they leave me.It's terrible to me.
Being a daugher of my parents,I am happy. They care me all the time. They are my teacher--first teacher and best teacher. I am a part of my parents. They give me life. I own them too much. I hope I can enjoy every day with them. I hope to bring them smile and pleasure.
I have not said: I love you, my dear dady and momy! I have never given a sweet kiss to them. It's very regret. In fact, in my heart,I have shouted many times:dear dady and momy, I love you!

That's very sweet for you to say it to your parents in person. I know it may be hard, as we seldom say it to our parents. I also love my parents. And I left them after I graduated. I lived alone as I wanted to be independent. Fortunately we live in the same city. So at least it's not so hard for us to see each other. But I still miss them, especially when I am sad and meet some difficulties. I want someone close to talk. I can't imagine that one day my life will be without them. But this is life. All I can do is to treat them well when they are still with us. So I won't have big regrets after they leave me.
I love China

Hello annylin, cheer up! Got to move on. You're a very good daughter and as you stated, you love your parents very much. But you also need to grow up and become independent - your parents will be proud of you. Yes, for sure you will be missing your parents very much and they will miss you too. But there are a lot of means for you to always keep in-touch wuth each other. You could call them every day, after your work.
You stated that you never said I love you's to them, but you tell them deep in your heart. I guess it's time for you to say it now. Life is short and you will never know what happens tomorrow, if we will still be here or not. So do it now so you won't regret.
Your parents will be proud of you seeing you grow and become independent woman. Cheers!

hi annylin
you are a brave girl.
you are away from you parents.you have to bear it for your good. you are alone .soon you will be busy and have some work at hand and many more things will be there to be attended to(being alone).but the important strides you will take in your studies and your career will belittle all these missings.
any way all girls have to move away from their parents even after marriage.it does not reduce their love and respect for their parents.
