r u using an electric fan or an air conditioner in this hot summer?

I use an air conditioner because I suffer from allergies and the filter in the air conditioner keeps the pollen out of my house which keeps me feeling much better.

It deponds on the temperature. I use the electric fan usually it is around 30, 31 degree and choose air conditioner when it is up to 34,35 . U say the air conditioner makes u feel sick . I think it is because the air in the room could move and it is also very dry which make the body uncomfortable. There is also someone who couldn't live without air conditioner. He would feel sick without it . We call it "A disease of air conditioner" . That is because the ability of body to control one's temperature is disabled if the person stay in a cold condition for a long time. So i am not using the air conditioner all the time.

So far, here in IL, it hasn't gotten hot/humid enough for me to warrant turning my a/c on yet. A few days it was and thought of it, but I held out with just a few fans going in open windows while keeping the rest shut.

It's hot season here now in Saudi. Thats why I used AC when at the office or when I'm in my room. Electric fans are not usually being used here. There's no problem with the bill because our company pays it. But when I'm in the Philippines, we normally utilize electric fan more than AC's. The reason is we pay for the electric bill ourselves so we need to conserve or limit our usage of electricity.
