i can't belive that even though i have money and am willing to spend it to buy a domain name! but i can't find one proper registerar whom i can pay! cause i don't have paypal! ceridit card! or a bank account! but i have loads of money! what can i do?

If you have loads of money I think it would be best for your safety to go open a bank account! Keeping loads of money with you is dangerous these days you know. Besides, how come you have so much money in cash, did you rob a bank or such lol (just kidding)
How did you plan to pay for the domain then? Walk in to their office with money or send it in an envelope?
Today basically everything (certainly everything that has to do with the internet)is depending on you having at least a bank account so I advice you to get one - then all possibilities are open to you.

thnx for the advice but i can't open a bank account yet cause i've just turned 18 and it will take few months for my national id card to be made! i can't wait long plus i don't know a single registerar's office in my city! (i didn't rob a bank! i only need 10 dollars to buy a domain!)

Ok, perhaps you could ask a friend that has a bank account if he or she could help you. If the person pays the domain via his/her account you could give him/her the money in cash instead... Could work

i can belived, where you keep you money while you did't have bank account?
Maybe you can give me a few dolar for me.. lol
