I am bit sad for the Czechs, But to be honest Turks had much more balls than them.
the problem for Czechs was they don't know how to score at penalty they need skills that's why they lose.
anyway they are still good players cos they stand strong till the end..
penalties are always like this it's just luck.

I think Turkey (my country) has changed a lot after the first match they played in group stages. They lost againist portoquese and the football they played was really awful.
However, after the first match they looked much better to me. Especially in Czech match you can't say they were lucky. If a team's midfielder shoots from long range and scores then it is not luck but talent. In addition, the error made by Cech in second goal of Turkey was not luck it was an error... And when it comes to the third goal, I was simply astonished by the finishing skill of Nihat Kahveci who is also a good player in Spanish Primera Division.
And about croatia match. The match was really close as you already know.. Rustu (Turkish keeper) made a terrible error at the end and Croatians scored. It was also no luck but the same thing applies for Turkey's goal. Semih (the scorer) has made some critical and late goals in other matches and in his club matches for Fenerbahce.
Before the tournament started I didn't have many hopes about Turkey in this competition but I just wanted them to be successful. And I am glad to see them in the semifinals right now.
The Croatians are technically better penalty takers. They are already skillful about that but the problem is the astonishing late goal by Turkey. It made everyone shocked so I think it might be the reason of Croatian penalty misses.
Turkey has done so good so far but for semifinals it is looking hard. Because 4 key players are suspended for the next match and there are no healthy fullbacks left in the squad, nearly all of them are injured. I just hope them to get back to condition to play in the next match...

Do you mean the Croatians? ;)
I was very disappointed Croatia didn't make it through as i'd hoped they might go all the way. They have some fantastic players and i'm a big fan of Slaven. They were very unlucky as they had the lion's share of the play and to be fair Turkey were woeful for long periods, but Croatia just didnt provide the finishing they are capable of.
That being said i hope the Turks can carry on charging with the late goals, even if they struggle to field any players in the semi hehe. Amazing to think that out of all 4 games, Turkey have only been in front for 2-3mins and are now through to the semi's.
