Is Romance Dead ?

From time to time there is talk about this allover the place.Is romance dead ? If so what killed it ?A while ago I read something in a forum (not here ) were a guy (yes it was a guy) saying things used to be different, that a man would take a woman out to a good resturaunt, and buy flowers, always call the next day.
Has the economy killed this, or maybe womans lib.What's your ideas ?

I think it all depends on who you are dating. If you are dating someone unromantic, don't expect romance. If you are dating a romantic you will be romanced. I think there is also a generational thing. What we may think is romantic may not be to an 18 year old and vice versa. Everybody's idea of romance is different. That's half the fun...lol.
