Last night I made a pizza and a salad. The salad was just lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. The pizza crust I made from a mix. I topped it with parmasean, romano, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. There was also pepperoni and bacon on it. Yes there were leftovers. In fact my son had a slice of pizza for breakfast.

Well last night was a special night. I watched 2 little girls from the daycare I worked at, because their mom called me and was crying the night before because since I left the daycare, the girls were being mistreated, and she wanted to know if I thought she should try to take next week off etc. (she only had a week left at the other daycare before getting the girls into a preschool/daycare) Well I told her I am at home anyways, I will watch them, I don't want anyone to be mistreated... So they came to me yesterday and they will be comming to me for all of next week as well until they can get in their new preschool. Well she had already paid money for this week, to the other dayhome...So I told her that I would only accept 15 dollars a day, because that is a friendly thing to do, and I love the girls! So along with 15 dollars in hand, she came bearing roast chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni salad, carrot sticks, and buns, that she had bought for us to have as supper. It was that much sweeter because it came from a friend, and I know that my girls are not being treated badly anymore :)

Which one do you want the spaghetti base or the Alfredo sauce? I like hamburger helper as long as it is homemade and not out of the box. And everybody in my house will eat almost anything. Thank goodness!

Well, my husband is out of town working so I had to cook and since it was just me and my youngest daughter, we had chicken nuggets for dinner. It wasn't much of a dinner but we watched a movie and ate and had some chips. It was a fun evening and very easy.

Last night we had turkey meatloaf, rice and zucchini with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. There are tons of leftovers. My husband is gone and I haven't figured out how to cook my portions without him here. So, I still cook a lot of food then freeze the leftovers in meal sized portions for the nights I don't feel like cooking.

We were lucky enough to have some friends take us out to dinner last night. We had pasta salad, french bread and steamed shrimp. It was very good! Tonight I'll cook something on the grill, since it's so nice and warm outside.

let's see. I cooked some spareribs and some asparagus with mushrooms. I tried some frozen ears of corn that I cooked in the microwave, they didn't taste very good. The rest of the stuff tasted good.

Last ngiht I had a Ceasar salad prepared from fresh garden veggies. No left overs, I picked just what I needed to make the salad. I did scoop up a nice head of cabbage and a few carrots so I could whip up a batch of cole slaw for today though.

Garlic butter pasta and garlic bread. I made it and it was good! No leftovers though; I'm not a big reheated pasta person.

Yesterday was such a busy day that before we knew it it was after 8pm and we never ate anything. So for us, it was sandwhiches, heros from an awesome deli that makes you just about anything you can possibly think of. The Bomb, is one sandwhich, which is london boil, with melted cheese and onions and gravy, ohhh and bacon, and then the other was a chicken cutlet hero with may, lettuce, bacon and cheese... Yummmmyyyyyy.... Sorry though, no leftovers.
