Is your life good? lousy? Do you think you can change your life

and make it better? I know how difficult life can be. There are bills to pay which seem to pile up all the time. There are problems of the heart and all those kinds of emotional turmoil. Are you happy and would not want to change anything? Are you unhappy and somehow it is somebody else's fault? Your parents' or the government's or even your employer's fault? Can we change our lives and have the kind of life that we desire? Or is that an impossible dream?

I think we hold our life, even if life sucks, we can still say I am definitely doing good.

I used to allow that my life sucks at times. I don't believe this is true anymore. Nothing great, just a change of attitude. Cheers!!

Hello underdogtoo. I think that my life is average, not too good, nor too bad. I have just enough to live on, to meet with my family's daily necessities. But still there is so much to get improved. I am expecting to make more money for the family to live a better life within my power. I don't blame anyone, but urge myself to learn more and keep learning and working hard to have more ability to make more money for the improvement of life. Good luck to you in the new year.

You seem to be doing the right thing. Blogging is good. I have a hundred blogs on blogger alone. I must have a thousand blogs now running on my own web hosting. Your first million is a good goal. I have made mine a long time ago and I can say it's not such a big deal. When I had it I could only think of spending and I was not at all as creative as I am now. I have never thought of money as a goal; somehow I always had the feeling that I could make lots of it anytime that I want. This does not happen like that though, it's just a feeling I have which is kinda crazy. How crazy? As an example, I wrote a computer program to analyze the occurrences of the lotto and I saw some pretty awesome patterns which could win if the big grouping of numbers were played. Idiot that I am, I only select 1 number to bet on every day, and I did this for a year before my hard disk gave out taking all my data and the computer program with it.

I think you may already have found the secret to a good life. I applaud your wisdom and your attitude. I found that too which is why I just keep wondering where this is leading to. My life has been so convoluted anyone but me would have given up from the nausea.

My life isn't exactly a bed or roses right now, but compared to just a few months ago things are going really well. I think it's all subjective. To me my life is really rather sucky, but it most certainly could be a lot worse. I have a home, i'm well fed and I have people who love me. Plenty of people have it worse off than me. I feel like if you do not try to change your circumstances then you have no right to complain if your life is going nowhere.

You're absolutely right; appreciating what you have instead of whining about what you don't have makes it a lot better. The thing I have learned about life is that there is just enough instability and imbalance to keep you on your toes. Sometimes really big, bad things happen and when they do we have to do some pretty big, heroic things to right things up again. I see it happening all the time. Some people are addicted to complaining and that is what they think they should be doing with their lives instead of doing something positive and more proactive than just mentioning what ails them and enumerating what sucks in their lives. Cheers!!

I'm not really happy but I try to be content because you cant change anything by being bummed out. I think thinking postiively and trying to focus on the postive is probably the best thing you can do to change your life.

I used to blame my parents for how bad my life was and I only understood as I grew older that it was up to me how good or bad my life is. Blaming things that happened in the past is not a good way to deal with life's difficulties. We can complain about life, but that will change nothing. We can change things in our own lives, then we can't blame anyone else. It is not good to feel your life is controlled by other people, when the things which bring happiness, peace of mind, and precious moments, we all have to find for ourselves. Happiness is nothing to do with what happens to us, it comes from how we think about life. I changed my life by changing my attitude.

Congratulations for having discovered that. It is true we tend to look outside ourselves to lay the blame for our lives. It is our thoughts and actions that determine our lives and that is where we can change. I have found that to depend on others for my own happiness was to court heartache because others are not thinking of making me happy; they're too busy trying to make themselves happy. Cheers!!

Yeah, you are right my dear freind, life is filled with all sorts of small problems, but looks like we are lookint at them with a contact lens.Almost everybody faces financial problems in this present fast growing generation. And we are helpless.

Feeling helpless is the first step in having no control. We might have financial problems but these can surely be remedied by many small remedies which when taken together might result in something quite great. If we desire that our problems be solved in one big fell sweep then we are going to be sadly disappointed and lose the opportunity to better our situation. It is better to cultivate a resilient heart that can take whatever life throws at it than to nurture a helpless heart. I know this sounds like just words but I have borne this out to be true by actual experiment. Cheers!!
