coffee during prgnancy

im a pregnant, i drink a lot of coffee...
i cant start my day without a cup of coffee. i have heard that drinking coffee during pregnancy affects babies...is that true?? and if it is so how far is that true.
i cant imagine my day without coffee. so can anybody tell me about this...if i can consume coffee during pregnancy and how much can i take it every day..without harming my baby..!

There are so many different opinions on how much, if any, caffeine is acceptable during pregnancy. You should really ask your doctor. I am willing to bet he or she would say that a little is OK, but you need to check.

Yes, coffee during pregnancy is not good at all. However, as you can not live with out coffee, you can have one cup of coffee per day but not more than that, even I am a coffee lover, during my pregnancy my doctor strictly said no no to coffee, but I still had one cup of coffee per day..... just take one coffee per day every thing will be fine..
