I never liked wearing watch on my wrist to begin with... I used to carry a pocket watch for that purpose... But you're right... I'm pretty much the same way... I haven't had my pocket watch with me in a while... I used to carry both with me, cell. phone & pocket watch... Since I graduated from college & got a job, I found myself using my cell. phone more & more for seeing what time it is... And one day, I just stopped carrying my pocket watch...

I wear my wrist watch even now. But usually I use my mobile phone to check the time if I have the mobile phone with me. Wearing the watch became a habit and so I continue that.

Same here, my friend.
I've had a watch since i was in 3rd standard, but once i left school, and we were allowed to keep a cell phone with us, i stopped wearing watches altogether one day, and decided not to get the strap changed. The classic clock on my mob was really better as it kept time better than my Titan watches.
But this has some serious disadvantages. We're not allowed to take the mobs into our exam hall, and during the 1:30 exams, you'll really miss them.
Besides, now they're starting to ban the mobs in our college campus, which is not a boon at all from my POV.
