What would you do if somone makes fun out of you?

We can't erase the fact that there are many people who likes to make fun about the mistakes of people whom they don't like. They continue to bully these poor people. We can't avoid such situation.
What would you do if you face such situation when someone makes fun out of you?

it flusters me if its a playful thing.. if its out to hurt me it irritates me but then i ignore it.. i grew up with an uncle that would always tease me about something so im kind of getting used to it

he has one of those personality's and i wasnt raised to tease anyone where as he teases a lot so im not used to it.. took me awhile to know how to react to it to where i dont totally get upset or something with other people doing it since i really thought he was legit in everything he was saying.. if my family had been more playful nothing would really bother me that way or at least as much as it had

make fun of him too...go with th flow...and strike him off..he'll be pissed off if you can strike him in his weakest point

As a woman who has been "heavy" all of her life, I guess I'd say that it's best to turn a deaf ear to them. If you take to heart all the negative things that bullies and various other morons have to say about you, then they're just getting their way, as it is their goal to make you miserable.

Yes, you've got a point. However, would it cause further trouble for you, for these morons bullying you may do further annoying things because they may think you wouldn't fight back no matter what they do against you? Thanks for your ideas.
