I was recently tasked to handle training in my company. I have zero background in training other being a participant myself. I need your help in finding useful sites that offer free information on training people, or references I can use to help me get a good start. Thanks for the assistance!

Can you give us more information, like what kind of training you need to do?
Are there any manuals or support material?

Alot of times you guys write for help without the relevant information. What are you training people to do. There are so many training methods out there but it is not all that can be work in the same situation. Have you join leadership clubs while attending school or college. When training someone you should have patience first and foremost. Remember it is not everyone who has the same capacity to learn. Secondly you need to know what the rules and regulations are for your company were training is being concern. Now after establishing these you need to find a method how to put cross a certain topic without being too pushy or strict. So that the person will understand it. The next thing is how many weeks you are given to train these persons. Remember what and how you teach them will reflect on your leadership qualities. So if you don't have leadership qualities you will need to find some blogs on the qualities of a good leader.
Good luck and all the best.
