Sauna is just a hot room where you sit and throw water at the hot stones. Its is normally 60-100 celcius in there. There is the finnish sauna and savusauna. You are meant to relax in sauna and have fun with friends.
I go to sauna every second day, I have my own sauna as most Finn's do. I like to bathe in cold water after sauna and grill some sausage and drink lemonade.
So the questions are, have you ever been in a sauna? Do you have a sauna? Which kind of sauna? Did you enjoy it? Would you do it again? Tell me about you experiences.

I have a sauna set at home. The hot ones that allows to helps improve the blood circulation, burns fats and those health related that allows our body to relax and feel good of course.I rarely use it,the number of times i use can be countable, about four times since 4 years ago.Its also because,me being properly following the rules of those 18 years and below are not allow to use it.So,after my legal age,i start to use.I got it at home as my dad won as a freegift. Its cost over $2.5k.
For me,the feeling is like after having a long jog but in a relaxing way, that's what i felt as i will perspired in that 30 mins of siting inside it.The more hot,the better! It will makes me feel light in weight.

Maybe the sauna its too strong for those below 18.Its may have effects on them. The hotness is not suitable for those teens below 18. ;p
