Washing your Face with Noxzema

When I was younger my mother would buy Noxzema cream and I remember using it to wash my face sometimes.
I recently remembered that and I bought some and I have been using it to wash my face at night before bed.
It makes my face feel so soft. I love it!
AND in the morning, I no longer need to use Moisturizer before my makeup!
I know it's a good cream to put on sunburn too, but does anyone else use it to wash your face?

My father actually kept this in the house and was a fan of it haha. No , really his gram used it and it made her skin so nice and soft and he said that is what made her age well . My mom also uses it from time to time . Me I bought some and forgot about it, go figure . I use alot of avon face creams , but now that I think about Noxzema really does seem to wake your face up . Good for sunburn I didnt know that . I had killer sunburn last week , that would of been good to try . Maybe next time , but I will try not to burn next time I am in the sun .

Hi there momalisa, I have not tried that..I always use chinese cream since and I really love the outcome! This time I am trying to search to try another type just to explore!

OMG, we grew up using Noxzema, (i'm 56 years young), now I have my daughter using it. I works wonders. it's good for acne, and I love the smell. I still use once in a while.

i did when i was a teen but i cant use anything now since my skin has become psycho sensitive.. if i try anything i will either break out like crazy or my face gets swollen and puffy.. another reason i dont wear make up much.. i know that the day after i wear it i will be broken out to high hell.. no matter how well i take it off..

i love it i have always used just that. Plus that is the only thing that i can really use on my face

My husband is 60 and he still uses Noxzema on his face every night. I don't use it but he seems happy with it because he always lets me know when he's running low so I can buy more.

I have used it in the past but its not that great for my skin type. I find for me it makes my skin feel a bit greasy. I do use the Noxzema cleansers (in the pump bottle) and THAT works wonders! Oh, and yeah I have heard that its great on sunburns. The menthol makes your skin feel better and takes some of the burn away.
