period pains

I never used to suffer, but now i am in my 30's i seem to be getting worse as the months go on, Why is this, can anybody tell me about pain relief that is avalible over the counter. thx

Im the same! Im only 22 and ive noticed the pains getting worse! The only thing that helps mine is curling in a ball with a hot water bottle. Sometimes they are so bad I throw up! Not very convenient. lol

Advil works good or a warm rice bag on the stomache

since i got my tubes tied mine have gotten worse. I use a rice bag and advil liguid gels
