drive with confidence............

I do wish someone would go about telling . mehow to be confident while driving a car .Isuppose there is a mental block or lack of confidence...
I feel I'll do a great damage if i knock at some one may be fatal) and that is the idea which puts me off.. and i resign to not let it go a try... any life is precious.. i have learnt driving from a driving school. Is it that ladies have a bit less road sense( no offence meant to Ace female drivers).But i can manipulate my two wheeler in the busiet of roads and Iam dam confident about that. Is this situation vice verse any where? Friends do infuse confidence and pat yourself when i inform that you have been instrumental in making me drive confidentally.... ALL THE BEST...............

It's perfectly ok to feel that way when you're new at driving. I'd like to ask how much do you like driving? Do you like it as much as you go on a 2-wheeler? I got really nervous as well when I started driving and almost hit a bus and a few cars. After a few hours I finally got the hang of it.
Try to practice for 2 hours at least. Practice on roads which are moderately packed with cars. This way, you'll get used to handling your car. And I agree, have a friend or a relative go with you when you drive.
