Certificate or Experience?

It's all about getting thru the door in the first place. If your CV has the right qualifications then you'll get a look-in but if you've got all the experience then that's going to get you in too. If you put one against the other then I think that experience will win everytime. Unless you're an oldy and no matter what they say it will count against you.

A degree gats you more money.

That is a good question. I think it all depends on the company and who is in charge of hiring. But I would have to say a degree/certificate would help you get a job more then experience. I dont think anything beats having experience though.
