I have always heard that when it comes to guns and being put under pressure, that men are better at it,and that they can control their gun better, are there any women here on mylot who own a gun?have you ever been put in the position to where you had to use it?If so,were you nervous, and did you have trouble keeping the gun steady? If not, then do you think if you did have to use it,that you would be too nervous to keep it steady,or to even draw it?Do you have trouble getting men to take you seriously when it comes to guns, and firing one?I have also heard that if you show that you are nervous when handling a gun, that the one you are pointing it at,will take advantage of your nervousness,or even that if you are nervous, that your hand could be so shaky, that you could accidentally pull the trigger, and shoot someone that you do not mean too,or cause a stray bullet to hit someone innocent,do you think this is true?I honestly think that it does not matter if you are male or female, because their are members of both genders that get nervous when they are under pressure, and have trouble controlling their guns, and I am also a firm believer in taking gun safety courses, before even thinking about firing a gun, because too many people get killed by guns as it is,and I think women can do just as good,if not better than a man, when it comes to firing a gun.
