I do. Sometimes after talking all day at work, I just don't feel like talking anymore. I just want to sit there and people would leave me alone. However, sometimes I still have to "entertain" my mom when I get home. Well, these days, when I am at home, I don't want to be talked to or I don't want to talk at all. I guess I just need some peaceful silence to accompany me *laughs*. What about you?

hi wonderice!
yes, i get tired of talking at times too. sometimes i would want to just be quiet and do my work without any much noise. i guess those are times that i'm not in the mood to be jolly and share what stupid things i can share. i would be sitting there in my chair, feeling grumpy, and hearing my officemates talk and i would mock them inside my mind, thinking how worthless their conversation is, thinking that they are just wasting time talking. i would be that way just because i don't feel like joining in any conversation. ^__^;; its bad but times like that just come to once in a while.

Hello wondericequeen,
It happened to me before while staying with my mom (when my husband was away). I was tired with the office work and with all the problems around that the best time for me to 'keep quiet' was when I went home. The result - my mom was very upset with me and thought that I changed a lot, from a filial daughter to a total stranger to her! I learned my lesson.

I have two sales jobs and one tutoring position right now. So my talking is my work. Yes, I do get tired or talking or get "all talked out." Comes with jobs that are like that.

Hi wondericequeen.
There are times after work or after getting together with my family members when I don't feel like talking. I just want to surf the internet, watch tv, or do house chores quietly. Maybe it's my way of re-charging for the next day. Anyway, nothing wrong with wanting to be quiet once in a while.

Not sometimes because almost all the time, I'm tired of talking. But if work is involved of my talking, of course I have to commit myself. I hate to talk if it's just a chitchat of whoever that I don't care or whatever I don't like. It's tiring and it's out of my interest.

Hello Wonder,
LoL its good some times to be aloof. I feel that way too. Sometimes when iam back from work and tired, i like to spend sometime with me rather than spending time with friends and family members.
Actually i think u r under some depression or there is something inside your mind going on which u need to sort it out and for that u need some peace.
Listening to some soft music will help. Try Kenny G music.
Cheers,
Tutul

Well, I never get tired of talking, but having to "entertain" someone is a different matter. I love to discuss things, but just things that interest me. Yes, after work one wants to go into a room of ones' own and shut the door and concentrate on something of one's own, like making a painting or doing a puzzle.
