ok, so my question isn't really about breastfeeding, but more about breasts in general. before getting pregnant, i was a 36D. at my largest point once i started breastfeeding, i became a 38E as long as i wasn't engorged. my daughter is almost 11 months old and i still breastfeed several times throughout the day, but not exclusively. with cutting back my milk demand, my breasts have pretty much gone back to normal, but they sit about 2-3 inches lower on my chest than i would like them to. does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get some of the lift back that they had pre-baby?

hi hun i know how you are feeling and yes they are probably back to the size that they will stay at now but unfortunatly there is no other option than surgery for a permanant uplift.
i have resorted to a good push up bra that is correctly fitted and it makes a lot of difference when its on lol.
