What to do to fight midnight blues?

Well, I don;t have a normal life. I don't wake up early everyday for work. I don't have paperworks at my job. And my schedule of work is very abnormal.Mondays and Tuesdays are the days that I'm not at work. My duty time is from 12 to 730 in the evening but sad to say I ended up going home from work either 11 or 12 midnight. I'm always by my friends at dinner but most of the time I'm not there to party with them because just like what i Have said I'm on work. Neither do I have a " Saturday Night" with my friends. Just to de-stress my self I just play with my two dogs named Iced teeh and traveez. I also ended up eating sweets at night and that made me gain pounds. Sometimes I just sit back and listen to music in the comfort of my own room.I guess this year I have a very dull life. I can't manage to even date somebody. Well, it's just that I don't have the time for that, maybe it's because I haven't found the right one for me. Any tips how to fight my midnight blues?

Mylot can help take away those midnight blues thats what I doevery night until about 3 in the morning. My lot people and friends are a blessing to me at this point in life. I feel like I have a family when my real family is a country away.
