When allergies attacks..

I have allergies in shrimps..how about you? Do you have some allergies? When your into it, what are going to do with it? Do you drink medicine?

Yes I do have allergies on seafoods,chicken,fish sauce,all i can eat without itching afterwards are fruits and veggies.So i have to eat lesser than the moderate.As much as possible and as long as i can tolerate the itches with the help of some topical medicines i'm not taking any medicine.

hi misty99! Me also! I'm not taking any medicines. It's not really helping me. I used to drink many water only and not to think of itchyness.. But me, I'm only allergic to shrimps only.. So, what kinds of food do you eat? bread only and porrk? Like that?
