Cockroach, Cockroach

I felt afraid of such cockroach. As soon as I saw it, I would scream loudly. And my roomates thought me too cowardly. After some times, I was quiet even when cockroach was creeping under my eyes.

No, I am not one among them, afraid of the cockroaches, but i have a couple of sisters, those who are having a fear about this, by hearing its name.. Where ever we go, we used to make them fear/afraid of the cockroaches.. Even my sister's son aged 7, who is also make my sister, afraid about the cockroach, by cating the cockroach in his hand.. Even though if you are keep your house very clean, you cannot avoid having the one or two cockroaches at our kitchen or hall.. This is un avoidable one, my both of my sisters used to tell my dad, that to shift the house, to avoid the cockroaches..

When I first moved back to the south back in 74 and had to get reacquainted with the nasty critters, yes they did scare me, they were so big. I came from the pacific northwest and they don't have bugs that big that I could recall. They don't scare me anymore. Now they are just a nasty nuisance.

I'm not afraid of them, but I really don't want them crawling on my counters and flying up out of my shower! Definitely not my favorite insect.
