Best Antivirus...

Nice to meet you! I like Kaspersky internet security. I have used it for 6 months, it doesn't slow down my computer. It's good fore my computer.

From what Ive seen in Forums and Blogs, most are very pleased with AVG or Avast. I used Avast for years with my XP machines. Im trying a all-in-one now on my new lappie with the dreaded Vista. BitDefender seems to work well so far.

Personally I prefer ESET NOD32. I think its the best paid anti-virus. The reasons are plenty. It doesn't slows your system down instead of having real time protection. It has also have the facility of detecting unwanted softwares. I have been using ESET NOD32 for last six month and I never faced any security issues.

mine, i am using avg also, i didn't know the other anti virus software because i have not used it before. for me AVG is effective because eversince i used it there was no history that my computer is invaded by a virus...

Go for Eset NOD32 if you don't like antivirus that will slow down or a resource hungry to your computer. But if your PC is powerful enough go for: Kaspersky Trendmicro Or if your PC is extreme powerful go for: Bitdefender Norton Or just fine a antivirus that has an execellent in finding a rootkit.
