Hi FionaSuwana!
My cellphone is very essential to me because its the easiest way to use to communicate with my family especially that I live far away from them. I don't just use it for emergency calls but I use it everyday to tell my mom whats happening to me here in our hometown. When I miss my mom I just text her and tell her stories and ask how is she. That's my way of telling her I miss her. I also use my cellphone to communicate with my friends especially those who are far away and catch things up on the phone.
I think communication is very important in our lives. Not just by using cellphones. There are a lot of ways to communicate to those who are far but the cellphone is the easiest way because you can bring it anywhere. And if I forget my cellphone I'd probably go back home and get it. I feel worried not being able to talk to my mom in a day.
Ciao!

I only use mine for emergencies if neccessary. I think the world has become cell phone junkies. What does everyone have to talk about so much these days? How did everyone survive before without them?? I believe enough is enough. The world was still turning and people were still living before they came on the horizon. I have a landline phone at home for socializing etc. I don't want friends calling me while I'm in the bathroom on my job or while I'm shopping. The world doesn't have to hear my conversations. Some of the conversations I've heard should only be heard at home or in a private place, not in the middle of a sales floor or a checkout line.

Because a mobile phone is quite essential to my day if I forgot it when i went into University I would actually have to go home and get it. Because I do a drama course which involves a lot of extra activites outside of the course, my mobile is essential for keeping in contact with people about meetings and rehearsals. These can often get moved or cancelled at the last moment and everyone is notified by text so not having my mobile with me can result in either missing meetings or not realising they had been moved or cancelled. A real pain!

I feel incomplete without my cellphone around. But even though sometime I forget to bring my cellphone to school, I can still manage without it. But cellphone is really essential to me whenever I have to meet a person in some place, I have to always carry my cellphone around so that I would be informed if he will be late or there is a change in the meeting place.

My cellphone mainly comes in handy when I am going out and feel the need for some protection in case my car breaks down or anything happens to me. Whenever I have a new boyfriend it is also very useful to send a few text messages. Otherwise, I don't use it that much, otherwise I wouldn't get much work done. :o(

yes it is very essential to me! nowadays, cellular phones are no longer a luxury, instead it's already a necessity. almost all of the people are owning a cellular phone, it makes the communication easier. i think il go crazy if i dont have a cellular phone even for a day. nowadays, im using tow cellular phones at the same time, two different networks. i can contact my friends wherever they are and wherever i go.

I use my cell. phone for both work & personal so I constantly have my cell. phone with me... I have forgotten it once & it wasn't too pretty... I get e-mails on my phone as well & without it, I'm stuck at my desk, home & work, it wouldn't be too efficient for me...
