All it takes is responding to a discussion that gets a referral link added, whether it's added at the first or last. This is why you'll see some posts asking members NOT to post links because they don't want their discussion deleted.

Mine dropped a couple the other day and I lost a few cents. As far as I can tell is that the discussion that I must have responded to could have been in violation with mylot or something. Of course 30 seems like a huge number.

Hi loonshi! I actually noticed the same thing. Mine dropped from 1400 to 1395. I think the above comments are the reasons why posts are getting deleted. I think what we should do next is just try to comment on quality posts instead of suspicious ones.

I am not sure myself whether I am experiencing any dropped in my post because I have not take note in this regards.
The only explanation for your post to drop so dramatically must be administrative deletion.
Cheers.

You made a wrong discussion or post. Definitely it was being delete and this is no longer counted to your official points or number posted. Try to read the terms and conditions of mylot so you cannot violate any of those rule that they implemented. Keep it posting and good luck.

It's possible that discussions have been deleted. I've noticed that my post numbers go down once in a while.

Hi loonshi. More than likely, some of the posts you responded to got deleted for some reason. In most cases, it's because the member has posted a referral link or something inappropriate in their discussion.
