Is pizza gave you lot of fat?

I don't know how much does it gave fat to us..But is it danger to eat it a lot? Anyone know the precise fat that it contain? or any want to recommend how often we should eat pizza?

Yes, pizza is very fattening, you should really only eat it every once in a while. When I was living with my Dad we had pizza every Sunday night and it really wasn't a very good idea.

pizzas do have a lot of fat.so i do have it only once or twice a week

If pizza is made with good fresh healthy ingredients, there should be no problems with fat. Think of pizza as a way to ensure that you get all our foodgroups. Breads = crust Dairy = Cheese Vegetables = sauce and toppings Meat = toppings

If you make the pizza yourself, you can cut down on the amount of fat by using lower-fat ingredients like a wheat crust, low-fat cheese and (if you like meat toppings) low-fat meat or vegetarian equivalents.

Pizza has alot of fat it is the grease that is in pizza there is a way to get rid of some of it though take a paper towel and press it down on your pizza and lift it off you will take away a lot of calories and fat just by removing the grease this way.
