Vegetable ice cream

I have heard of pumpkin ice cream before is pumpkin a vegetable? I hae not hear of an others though. I do no think I would eat it sounds a little bit gross to me can you imagine green bean ice cream? Yuck!

I make zucchini and pumpkin icecream every year and it's soooo tasty! My mom really likes carrot icecream, but I prefer it in breads or cakes, myself. I'd not be up for greenbea or pea icecream, though! Yuck!

It depends on the vegetable. I love pumpkin ice cream, but I would not like broccoli ice cream. I like vegetarian ice cream, though, but most of that is made with soy milk. Soy is also a vegetable, too. Someone on Mylot listed a site where you could get every kind of ice cream under the sun. Some of them sounded pretty good, but some, especially with meat or fish, sounded disgusting. I can't imagine them selling any of those, but there's probably people who don't mind that or wouldn't think it was strange.

Well not really.. But on second hand if it taste like a sweet vegetable, then yes, I would like to try it..
