What is the weirdest warning you have ever seen on a product label?

I have seen some pretty weird warning labels, but this has to be the weirdest. On a bottle of Pamprin, which is for PMS, it says to ask a doctor before use if you have breathing problems like emphysema, or if you suffer from an enlarged prostate. Women don't even have a prostate! I told my mom, and she just laughed. So, what is the strangest thing you have ever seen on a product label?

Well, I haven't seen the label, but in a commercial for birth control pills, it says not to take them if you are pregnant. HELLO...if you are pregnant, it's too LATE! LOL

Hi. I think one of the wierdest warning I ever found was on the instructions for a new hair dryer. It said not to use it in the bath. Hmmmm... Would I be sitting in a tub full of water if I wanted to actually remove the water from my hair?

Darn, you took mine!! LOL! I understand that what they mean is that it should not get wet, but really, they could have just said THAT.

I know. You'd think they would just say not to get it wet.

I like the one on pillows...do not remove this tag under strict penalty of the law....now who in the heck is going to come to my house and check to see if I removed the tags....or the warning on a dvd before the movie starts...this film is.....basically being watched by the fbi.....okay...I'd like to know where the agent is hiding in my house to make sure I only watch this movie and don't rerecord it....dah!

"caution. may cause anal leakage" it was on the wrapper of some chips (in the 90s) that i think they were called olays or something like but they used a diff kind of oil or something when cooking it or something.. that is also one of the warnings on ali i think.. if its not on the box i have heard it being said on tv somewhere..

Yuck! I'll pass on both the chips and the alli.

I think the chips are the ones containing Olestra, which they still do make. I think they have rephrased the warning since then, but I still refuse to buy them. Ditto for Alli, much as I need to lose weight, I could live without those side effects.

I've seen on a jar of peanut butter ... 'May contain traces of nuts.' I suppose you can't say you weren't warned - hahaha!

I like the do not swallow or eat on toothpaste tubes. I always had to wonder why because it is something we are putting into our mouth and ingesting anyway whether or not we intend to swallow some of it. It kind of scares me.

That is too funny. I had a few funny ones too, but knowing me I don't remember them anymore. My memory is so bad. Sometime I wonder if I should trust the warning labels too. I usually look up online again to make sure they put the write warning labels for things.

My hairdryer said not to use while sleeping (a little silly) And I purchased a toaster and a kettle recently from walmart and both said in the boxes that I was not to use them in the bathtub or in water.

LOL The kettle I could see using in the bathroom as... I've used it to heat water when my hot water heater was broken BUT I didn't sit in the tub with the water in and use it.

In my country, all products are required to put on labels and one thing which is funny when I have to read product instruction "Use for wearing" on shirt/trousers or "Use for eating" on food products -_-"

When my son was three yrs old, we decided to get him a "sugar free" easter basket. It was filled with a big chocolate bunny, jelly beans, chocolate suckers, etc. All sugar free. The warning label on these goodies read: WARNING-Consuming too much of this product may act as a laxative. Now we read the label after my son woke up at 6am, found his basket and consumed almost half of the goodies in it before anyone else was awake. And act as a laxative it did!! Poor little guy..lesson learned! :)
