Have you ever been hacked?

Just wondering how many of us have been hacked before. When I was about 16 my friend from the UK taught me a good lesson. I was sitting in my basement having a smoke talking on the computer with him. He then told me to stop smoking as it was bad for me. I asked him how he knew and he said he had hacked my ip and got into my computer and was able to control my web cam program. I didn't believe him so i asked him for the screen shots of the programs and stuff he was using. Sure enough he had screen shots of me smoking along with everything else to show me he wasn't lieing. He used this as a lesson for me to unplug my camera when Its not in use. But now that I have a lap top it makes me wonder I cant unplug it but I could and do have it covered with a piece of tape. Other then that none of my email accounts or anything else has been messed with.

I'm glad I still talk to the guy and he shows me some of his tricks. Some of it is sooooo easy to do it almost scares me. I guess he was able to turn on the cam or access the settings and such so he was able to run it with his program off his computer. At first I was kind of ify with the guy. But I was 16 then and I'm 22 now and still talk to him almost every day.

A few years ago I had a website and it got hacked and someone changed my homepage toa black page with some foreign writing on it and some foreign sounding music too. I logged in and changed it back and told my host about it, but it happened again, but the next time they put illegal content on my server and I got charged £80. It was ridiculous and has put me off buying my own domain ever again.

i have been hacked in myspace, yahoo, and other profile pages and chatrooms. idiots with no life send viruses or links or get into others accounts to mess with it. it was a big deal in myspace...people were getting hacked on there everyday. and it was pissing everyone off. it seems better now in myspace. because everyone is fighting back and trying to put hackers in their place...i have had to reinstall windows 3 time because of viruses and hackers. and i have had to change my myspace password 5 times because of the hackers.

Well,I have not yet been hacked.But,thankfully I have overcome some minor threats from
#Viruses
#Spywares
#Tracking cookies
#Keyloggers and
#Trojans.
To over come all these,use PC tools spyware doctor and also a good anti virus software like norton or something else.
But,getting hacked is one thing I fear daily when I log on to the net.And a few times I had been quite fooled that I was hacked when I was quite new to computer.
There is a web site which gives you widgets in the form of HTML which will show the persons ip who view it[it will be shown only to you]In addtion you can also add a bottom sentence and the sentence that was added was
"You are hacked"
Just think the state of a new bie when he sees that!I spent half a day restless and I haven't still forgotten it.

Not really but the places I've worked they've monitored my computer and gotten into my emails.
I once sent a friend overseas emails about the company we worked for and I discovered later the bosses had read them all.
Where I work now the boss went into my machine one night and came in the office the next day and told me not to go on that website again.
One other place I worked everytime I argued with the manager and went to my desk he logged into my computer and saw everything I was doing.
Its not easy.

i hadnt been hacked in 8 years but i have gotten hacked a few times on myspace which is the only place.. but its bad there

yeah , so many worm in my pc,every monthon i should install the system.but i will not use killer,it make pc so slower.
