What's the Ideal time to Take a Bath? Morning or Evening?

I ask this question because some relatives and friends from the States arrived the other day. I noticed that they don't take a bath in the morning but only in the evening, around 5pm or 6pm. Is that a lifestyle that most Americans are used to?
I am used to taking a bath in the morning.
How about you? Do you take a bath in the morning or in the evening?

I preferred to take a bath in the morning.According to many ( but not sure if it was proven, yet it will not cause me harm to follow ),taking a bath in the evening will cause your blood to lower. So maybe good for those people having high blood.

that's a new information for me agihcam.. If it's indeed true, then I might just take a shower in the evening as well, for prevention purposes..hehehhe..

I like to take a bath in the evening, because I find that the really hot water puts me to leep. If I took a bath in the morning I would not wake up the way I should.

Hi cuddleme, I usually will take bath twice a day. One is in the morning before going to work. This is for refreshing up me so I will feel energetic to start my work.
The other I will take in the evening before having my meal. Normally I will spend my time doing physical exercise for half an hour or so, and after that doing some gardening work in my courtyard. Both these activities would make me to sweat soaking wet. So this is a must for me to take another bath to wash away the sticky dirt.

i don't know if there is an ideal time to take a bath. i guess whenever you feel you need one. I like to take mine at the end of the day. I will take one in the morning once in a while, if i feel like i need to refresh. i don't think it really matters as long as your wash!!

Both of those times are ideal time to take a bath for me...
but most enjoyable bath time is after we went out all day and went home with our tired feeling and then take a fresh shower or just cool down our body in a bath tub.
I feels like our tired feeling is swept away by the water...

Personally, the ideal bath time is in the mornings and just a quick shower before going to bed. I feel more comfortable and fresh that way. I like to start my day clean and smelling good, especially here in the Philippines. I bet nobody from the States or from any cold country could survive a day here without taking a bath when they wake up. It's too warm here that you'll feel you are in a steam or sauna or something.

I take a bath twice a day. Here in my country, the climate is mostly warm so it is best to start your day fresh and end it with a quick shower at around 10 in the evening one hour before bedtime after exposing yourself to different elements outside.

Well there's no particular ideal time for me to take a bath. But one in the morning is a must and the rest is before I go out, after I come back and whenever I feel hot, after cooking in the kitchen/ cleaning the house/ before goign to bed at night. Crazy me would even take baths up to 5 times a day at times and it's cold splashing bucket baths...no showers.

I take one whenever I have time, however my belief is that it is better to take a shower or bath in the evening. I feel that our body needs the natural oils to protect us when we leave our home. We are exposed to a lot of toxins in the air and we leave with our bodies to clean and open to whatever is in the air OUT THERE.

I guess it is a personal choice. I usually take a shower in the evenings during the week. On week ends, it is in the morning.
If the weather is too hot, I will take one in the morning and one in the evening. Actually it is 8:20pm in the US, and I just got out of the shower. It was rather humid here today.

We take our showers in the evening just before going to bed or an hour or so before. If I have to wash my hair I will do that during the day or just go to bed with my hair damp. The only time I take a shower in the morning is if I have been outside doing work in the yard and am sweaty and dirty. My children take their showers during the day as they need them, but usually wait until the afternoon to take them since they are done playing and going outside.

I shower just before bed. It is the most convenient time for me. I am too busy in the morning getting my kids off to school and hubby off to work. Then I spend all day with the little kids at home, and I can't leave them unattended. I will shower after hubby gets home when things are calm and I have the time.
My oldest son showers every morning before school. My younger kids shower at night before bed. My husband will do either, it depends on how tired he is at night. He likes to shower at night to save time in the morning so he can sleep later, but sometimes he's too tired and will wait till morning.

I usually take a shower in the evening before bed. Then, if it is hot the next day I will probably take another mid morning or in the afternoon.
