Shall I quit my current job?

I feel a lot troubled these days, everday i have nothing to do, even to volunteer.Who can tell me whether I should quit or not? *I have worked for my current company for nearly three years, in the first two years, I am greatly busy doing some key account, and earned a litte money, and importly i haved learned a lot from doing the account. *But now, from the begining of this year,busines of our company turned to be slowed down, we have milons of dehts(RMB),everyday there are some ones waiting around the hall to request their money. *At the begining of the year, our company made a reform, boss recruit 9 directors aiming to improve operation and management, but they seems far away from that will. Staff turnover is increasing and also human resource director laied of lots of staffs and workers, but business seems worse and worse, till now, we haven't been paid for three month.There are lots of complainments around staff. *I know we should back up company especially when it is on hard times, my boss usually tell me not to give up, will give my sth to do, but always not that case.I still haven't anything to do, except handle some easy things. I haven't feeled pressure for a long time. *Besides month salary, company also owned me my accout commission, if i quit now, i may lost that part of payment. Am i wasting my time and also my youth?What shll i do friends?
