how to withdraw and get earnings

hey d concept of getting earnings through alertpay is not clear to me and i m an indian and i need my income in rupees so how will i get dat wat is d procedure?

In the Withdraw, you have an option of Check.
Request for a Check of your required amount and deposit the Check in your Bank account. The check will come in Dollars but money will be added in your account as rupees and may deduct some conversion tax.
