cats are lazy...

Lazy???????? NO WAY! My cats work VERY HARD at sleeping all day! It's their JOB and they do very well at it, too! Studies show that on the average, cats sleep 18-22 hours per day! So I figure that is their job! Cats are different animals from dogs in SO many ways! Yes, dogs actually WORK, and they LOVE it. Cats look at you and say, "WHAT did you just ask me to do? ARE you KIDDING ME?" But that is the joy of cats, and dogs. God knew that each one would fufill special needs and places in our hearts.

cats aren't lazy, animals have their own instinct,ability and skills. cats are made just for what cats are. cats are not lazy at all in just simple opinion because i saw cats many times that when do their waste they always dig a hole in a soil and after they do waste they dump back again a soil to the hole not just like other animals after do their waste they just go.

I think cats are wonderfully lazy. I love my big fat lazy cats. All three of them.

A cat is not really lazy jersey but a cat belongs tohimself and 'you also belong to him or her in the cat's thinking. a cat is' queen of her kingdom and you are her loyal servant lol do not think for one minute she belongs to you, oh no way you belong to her. she calls the shots and you better believe it. lol.

Well, I think rather than being lazy, they just like keeping things to themselves. They aren't animals like dogs that runs around all excited. They walk around with care, a bit sly in a way. You can't really call them lazy. If they are they would just lie in the house by the window sleeping all day. I guess some fat cats do that but most cats are adorable creatures and they are pretty active, although not as fun as a dog.

certainly the cat is very lazy ,especailly older cat.

My kitten we just got at times is not lazy.SHe sleeps because so she can get her energy and because she is growing.Also cats use the litter box(at least mine does)and I didnt have to train her.Only show her once where it was.DOgs it takes alot more patience to potty train them.

well i won't say cats are lazy. they do sleep a lot but there's a reason for it. they basically can go from asleep to wide awake in a second. so they tend to sleep a lot to preserve energy. as for fetching, it's not about laziness. cats are more independent by nature. they just don't come when you call. that doesn't mean they are lazy. try giving them a live cockroach and watch them catch it. you'll be amazed by their perserverance. cheers.

Cats a not lazy they just have their own timetable and way of doing things! Just because we as humans don't understand them doesn't make them lazy.
