She may not love you in the way you want and I dont think she is trying to heart you but maybe a friendship us is worht more to her, she may not want to lose that friendship you have and therefore has never considered anything else. You have to be open and honest with her about the way you feel, if she apriciates your friendship then she will certainly appriciate your honsety. things like this can tare you apart and that why you need to talk about it and get it in the open.
