du you smile at a stranger

i too usually smile at people especially when our eyes meet accidentally. but like you said, some are not very forthcoming. some are friendly themselves and they smile and at times, even start small talk like what a cute baby and all.

if someone smiles at me walking down the street ill always smile back, and i wont make a point of smiling at everyone i see but sometimes i will. :)

i LIVE in the south where people are friendly as hell, you cannot help but smlie at people because they smile at you first. I am from Canada and people are friendly there but you can't beat the south.

I don't use to exchange some smile and even hi, hello's to people that I really don't know. It's nice to be friendly but I don't think so this is right to do in some strangers that you just encountered a while ago. We are not sure who is real and true people around us, maybe some are just pretending to be good because they have some intentions. Whether what is is, we can't tell. Lets us just be civil in treating people and don't trust that much.

I like to keep light smile on my face all the time, it makes me feel a little happy and can also give others a nice mood, also i smile at strangers to shorthen the distance if necessary.

I do smile at stranges and sometimes they smile back at me but when a stranger smiles at me I always smile back. People are not trusting now days, so I understand if they do not smile back and I move on.
