Why the time is shown as Ten Minutes past Ten in every watch

I always see that all the new watches (be it a wrist watch or a wall clock or a table clock) show the time as ten minutes past ten. Even in advertisements also they are shown like that. I have seen it for all the top brands globally. Can anyone tell me the logic behind this???
