Have you tried Irish cheese?

I have and I'm so addicted! It's so unlike other cheeses. I've tried a few, my favorite being Blarney cheese which is a type of Swiss with such a delicate yet pronounced flavor. I've also had Dublin and one other which I can't remember, one is a cheddar that's really sharp in taste. Super Target carries them and they're made naturally and imported (my cheese has naughty eco-footprints, I know) and just about $4-$7 for a block piece. Goes great with apples, that's how they got me hooked. Target had the samples out with some apples and it's not my go-to snack. Have you tried Irish cheese?

I have not tried it.
I do love jalepeno monterey jack cheese.
I can't remember where I bought it, but
it's really good.
Love it on salads and such.
Got a nice zippy taste.
But the no name brand is no good.
Think it must have been bordens or Kraft.
I might check out the Irish cheese.
Always looking for new things to cook with!

It's great cheese really and so awesome to work with in recipes. You can't let it sit out shredded for long as it tends to get a little oily so you have to use it quick.

The only foreign cheese I've eaten was from Africa, Madagascar. It was yummy, you could eat it like it food itself. I mean you don't have to eat it with some bread of whatever. I like to have one of that.
I also want to try Irish, probably they have one of the best.

I never heard of that kind of cheese, that's so interesting. I've had Madagascar tea and love it, I'm sure the cheese would be wonderful too. Thanks for sharing!

I didn't know we even had a thing for cheeses. I ,being Irish, should know that. I will have to find an outlet and try some.

I had no idea either, it seems though that the cheeses are named after the major family castles. At least that's what I noticed. They have like 6 different cheeses. Mostly strong but so good. I'm not Irish but I grew up in an area with a big mix of people and loved the Irish food. I could go for some corned beef and cabbage right now. Hmm... sounds like tomorrow's dinner is planned, lol.
